With our products reaching #3 for pre-workout and #18 for blended protein powders on Amazon, I focused on increasing sales and gross profit through subscription retention and optimization of Amazon Ad campaigns. I also managed the transition of all products from requiring stickers at Amazon fulfilled centers to saving $$$ by going stickerless, which made a significant impact not only on gross profit margin but also improved receiving time of products and reduced the percentage of lost products. Overseeing our full Amazon storefront for both the US and Canada, I reported strategic next steps through the understanding of data from sales, ad campaigns, and competitor insights. As E-commerce Manager, I take on more responsibility and ownership for ensuring Amazon and DTC profitability and provide more strategic advice as the channel manager.
