Transaction Coordinator

Utilizing my organization and optimization skills, I thoroughly enjoyed being the Transaction Coordinator (TC) for Gray Fox Realty in middle Tennessee. As the TC, I handled the administrative work for the real estate transactions which included communication between the clients, my agent, and the cooperating agent as well as ensuring all documents were binding and properly shared with the lender and title company. It quickly developed into an efficient operating process with optimized and linked tasks. Engaging with clients every day was energizing. I loved being able to help clients understand the process and being the individual that could quickly answer questions.
