Administrative Assistant

During my free time, I assisted the finance and administration department with various tasks to help organize and optimize the department. It was an unpaid relationship, but I enjoyed being able to optimize their stock rooms and properly label to make the rooms more efficient. Although minor to some, it is important that an employee does not spend minutes upon minutes looking for supplies in the stock room. They should be able to easily access the necessary items in order to return to work promptly. As an industrial engineer, I love to organize a space to optimize its floor layout and usage.
